Through special programs, CMSE staff assist students with course selection, provide personal counseling and advice; and regularly track the academic progress of minority students in engineering. The Center's staff of advisors is also available to assist new students with course scheduling, class preparation, personal decision-making, and long-range academic and career planning. It is recommended that upper-class students seek advising through their academic departments or through the Office of Undergraduate Advising & Academic Support.

To meet with an advisor in the Center, students should contact us to schedule an appointment.
